Job Duties
i) To assist Dy. Director (Law)/ Assistant Director (Law) in the prosecution of ANF cases and attend the courts.
ii) To assist Dy. Director (Law)/ Assistant Director (Law) for giving legal advice to the Establishment Branch in pursuing service appeal/ other matters.
iii) To assist Dy. Director (Law)/ Assistant Director (Law) for the preparation and vetting of Law/ Rules relating to narcotics drugs and psychotropic substances/ controlled substance envisaged in CNSA-1997.
iv) To assist Dy. Director (Law)/ Assistant Director (Law) in examination and opinion about narcotics laws. Dangerous Drug Laws of the other countries.

Qualification/Experience
Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent qualification recognized by the HEC.
